Client Interface Coordinator

Job Title: Client Interface Coordinator
Department: Oil and Gas – Buzurgan pipeline project
Work Location: Baghdad, Iraq 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Act as the focal point for daily follow-up with Client HQ to support timely resolution of pending matters
  • Serve as the main liaison between the client and project teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all project aspects including contractual, financial, quality, and commercial
  • Establish and maintain communication channels with all relevant client departments
  • Translate client inputs into coordinated actions within the project team and monitor follow-up
  • Address client concerns promptly and escalate issues to Project Management as required
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to project status, risks, client feedback, and follow-up actions
  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and relationship continuity
  • Draft and review client communications (push/pull) in alignment with project direction
  • Review contractual obligations toward the client and support compliance tracking

Requirements

  • Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical Engineering)
  • Field/Industry of Experience: Previous touchpoints experience with governmental entities (e.g., O&G, Power, etc.)
  • Role of Experience/Expertise: Coordinator, Communication Specialist
  • Years of Experience: 4–8 years
  • Language Proficiency: Intermediate to Advanced
  • Software Skills: MS Office Suite
