Engineer

Duties &
Responsibilities:
- Operate the power plant systems including Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, unit auxiliaries, and Balance of Plant (BOP) equipment in accordance with plant protocols and procedures.
- Monitor equipment conditions and diagnose failures through DCS (SPPA-T3000) alarms and indications also on-site inspections, ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues.
- Support the preparation of Permit-to-Work (PTW) in coordination with the shift in-charge and as per established instructions.
- Maintain accurate operational logs and records of plant activities through the plant management system (WebBFS), ensuring compliance and traceability.
- Coordinate and communicate directly with grid dispatchers and fuel gas suppliers to meet load demands and ensure continuous plant operation.
- Assist field operators during routine tasks and emergency situations, providing operational support as required, including but not limited to daily checklists, system isolations, shift tasks, and onsite support.
- Apply Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards, report observations, and contribute to maintaining a safe workplace.
- Ensure development and performance enhance as well achieve the required operational competences.

Bachelor’s degree
College
Discipline: Mechanical
Engineering, Electrical Engineering, And any subdivision related
engineering.

4 years
Field of Experience:
2 years
Software Skills: Basic Computer skills, MS office
English

Intermediate- Advanced
