Job Title: Coating Operator
Location: Baghdad - Abu Ghraib Gas Turbine Repair Workshop.
Responsibilities:
Specific:
Have a responsible and duties for :
1. Perform work using following machine
i. Grit blast and glass bead
ii. Curing Oven
iii. Tack welding machine
2. Sermalloy coating processes.
3. Braze lay-up process.
4. Basic maintenance and clean own tools and working area
5. Create and make basic accessory tools to support and improve work efficiency.
6. Support Engineering to create Work Procedure.
Understand and follow all concerned quality documents such as Route Card, Work Procedure,
and Work Instruction etc. prior to commence any works. In case of any doubts, contact Cell
Leader or Engineer.

7. Inform Cell Leader in case of insufficient or damaged material, tool, machine and equipment
which in your working area.
8. Strictly follow the company regulation and procedure.
9. Any other duties, which may be defined from time to time.
Common:

Job Specification:
Education: Vocational Certificate to Diploma in Technical or equivalent
Experiences: Over 3 years’ experience in related field.
