Project Engineer 

Work Location : Iraq - Baghdad 

Duties & Responsibilities :

1.       Assist in the preparation of project documents, reports, letters, and presentations.

2.       Prepare and maintain the Action Tracker of the Project. Follow up on action items and ensure timely resolution.

3.       Prepare meeting agendas, distribute materials, and capture meeting minutes.

4.       Assist in coordinating with vendors and service providers involved in project related activities.

5.       Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project management team.

6.       Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements for the project Team.

7.       Coordinate meetings, conferences, workshops, and project-related events

8.       Assist the Project Document Controller in maintaining effective document control system.

9.       Distribute project updates, reports, and announcements to relevant stakeholders.

10.   Maintain accurate and organized records of project-related documents and communications.

11.   Assist in archiving and retrieving historical project information when needed

12.   Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive project data.

Requirements:

Academic Qualification:   Bachelor's degree in engineering 

Field/Industry of Experience: Power Plant / Oil & Gas 

Role of Experience/Expertise:  Project Management 

Years of Experience: +3  Years

Language Proficiency:  Advance
