Recruitment Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Responsible to explore hiring channels, source candidates and build database.
•  ​Prepare job posting and announce vacancies.
• Collect and filter resumes according to the hiring request criteria.
• Arrange the interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Perform candidates reference check.
• Prepare job offer and contract for the new hires.
• Create the new hire’s profile in the system.
•  Arrange for the on-boarding of the new hire, including the onboarding induction, email set-up, laptop, SIM card, etc.
•  ​Handle the termination of contracts and exit interviews.
• ​Monitor the learning and development program of the employees.  

Requirements:

• Academic Qualification:   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
• Field/Industry of Experience: HR
• Years of Experience: 1-3 Years of experience
• Language Proficiency:  Arabic and English fluent
• Software Skills:  MS Office
