Job Title: Engineering Lead
Location: Baghdad – Abu Ghraib – Gas Turbine Repair Workshop.
Responsibilities:
Specific:
1. Responsible for budget and planning of technical projects in business unit site.
2. Technical decision maker responsible for people and team development
3. Ability to implement and manage change in the business unit site
4. Takes a lead role in resolving customer technical issues in the business unit site
5. Identifies and implements improvement processes for the business unit site
6. Identifies, develops and assigns projects and tasks for the business unit site
7. Assigns projects and tasks in accordance with business unit site objectives
8. Can influence leaders, peers and subordinates on technical and business issues within a business unit site
9. Coaches and mentors subordinates in technical and business issues within business unit site
10. Accountable for setting and agreeing project schedules. Responsible for adherence to budget, cost and time
within business unit site Responsible for setting clear objectives and measuring performance in line with
business unit site goals
11. Leads and writes major portions of technical reports and technical articles on broad technical projects
12. Review of Engineering designs for lower level engineers
13. Regulatory Training Requirement : “Safety officer for Management level” course

Job Specification:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
Experiences: At least 5 years experience in engineering of Gas Turbine repair and 3 years experience in management level
English Skill: Very Good command of English
Other Skills: Computer literacy
