Job Title: Grit Blasting Operator
Location: Baghdad - Abu Ghraib Gas Turbine Repair Workshop.
Responsibilities:
Specific:
1. Operate the masking process for Grit blast.
2. Operate Grit blast Machine for component cleaning
3. Read and understand the air pressure gauge of Grit blast machine
4. Operate the degrease unit Degrease
5. Operate the Boiler unit, LPA Check before start Boiler
6. Make up and keep up the bath of degreaser. Degreaser
7. Inspect the remaining coating after heat tint process. Heat tint
8. Make up and keep up the bath of chemical strip and change acid.
9. Manage the waste material of Acid Strip process. (Under supervision) Acid Strip (Under Control)
10. Interpret Repair Drawing such as the masking and acid strip area Masking
11. Understand and follow all concerned quality documents such as Route Card, Work Procedure, and Work
Instruction etc. prior to commencing any work. In case of any doubt, contact Cell Leader or Engineer.
12. Inform Cell Leader in case of insufficient or damaged material, tool, machine and equipment which in your
working area and issue LPA1 alert.
13. Strictly follow the company’s regulations and procedures.
14. Any other duties, which may be defined from time to time.
15. Regulatory Training Requirement : “Boiler Controller” course.

Job Specification:
Education: Vocational Certificate to Diploma in Technical or equivalent
Experiences : Over 3 years’ experience in related field.
English Skill: Fair command of English
