Job Tittle: Maintenance HVAC Engineer
Department: Maintenance
Location: Iraq, Amara, MCCPP Site
Duties & Responsibilities :
1- Supervise and monitor daily operation of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, VRF, Backage unites, static 28
kw & AC unites)
2- Review system parameters, temperatures, pressures, and energy consumption to ensure optimal
performance
3- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities for HVAC equipment’s
4- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions
5- Oversee repairs and replacement of defective components such as compressors, motors, and valves
6- Supervise HVAC technicians and contractors during maintenance and repair works
7- Coordinate with other departments (electrical, mechanical, IC & operation) to ensure smooth facility
operations

9- Arrang and investigate all the document’s and drawings related with HVAC equipment’s
Position Qualifications & Requirements :
College Degree: Bachelor’s degree
College Discipline: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Years of Experience: 3-7 years
Field of Experience: More than 2 years
Software Skills: Basic Computer skills, MS office
English Language Fluency: Intermediate- Advanced
