Job Title: Planner
Location: Baghdad – Abu Ghraib – Gas Turbine Repair Workshop.
Responsibilities:
Specific:
- Manage and control Master production planning to achieve the customer required date and maximize the capacity and utilization of all repair product lines.
- Review and Analysis a required data from iFlight (cost monitoring, Production report, sales master report, WO tracking report) to support WIP/revenue/margin analysis.
- Produce the production check list for cost control and projected cost commitment in operation team.
- Ensure all customer requirements or any changes as stating in S&D are delivered to production.
- Regularly analyzes and monitor the cost variance and TAT schedule and supervise the cause of variances.
- Lead and facilitate in the production meeting to ensure that the progress of all components repair jobs are align with agreed plan and completed on time to meet customer delivery commitment.
- Monitor the production’s KPIs and maintain the month end production report. Escalation to operation manager for quality, delivery, margin misaligns to committed plan.
- Manage and issue a special Work order to support any experiments or special control WO’s.
- Responsible for all data integrity (including iFlight) pertaining to the requirements of the customer and the company’s requirements.
- Co-ordinate on all production schedule issues with all support teams.
- Organize meetings and conferences, prepares and collates information and co-ordinates entertainment activities.
- Responsible for all general administration and office management activities to support an operation team.
- Regulatory Training Requirement : “Safety officer for Management level” course
