Job Title: Purchaser Specialist
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Conducting goods research and sourcing new suppliers from local market.
• Sourcing goods and services locally and negotiating to obtain best offer price.
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers and issue POs accordingly.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Enter order details (e.g., vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, POs, delivery information, invoices and related documents.
Requirements:
- Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any field
- Field/Industry of Experience: Supply Chain - Procurement
- Years of Experience: 1-3 Years of experience
- Language Proficiency: Arabic and English fluent
- Software Skills: MS Office , ERP System
