Job Tittle: Supply Chain Lead
Location: Baghdad - Abu Ghraib - Gas Turbine Repair Workshop.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and assign tasks to subordinates.
2. Mentor and develop the career path of subordinates.
3. Draft and update the subordinates’ job descriptions, goals & objectives, annual appraisal and department’s structure.
4. Participate in the preparation of the company’s annual master plan of the company.
5. Review and update the supply chain procedures, processes, guidelines, templates, etc.
6. Prepare (review) the suppliers’ tendering and contracting documents (RFQ, RFP, PO, Contracts, Agreements, etc).
7. Review and verify the commercial evaluation of suppliers’ proposals.
8. Coordinate
with requester to develop annual procurement plan.

Years of Experience: More than 6 years
Software Skills: MS Office
English
Language Fluency: Advance
